Complimenti allo Chef Cristian che è riuscito a trasportare con semplicità ed equilibrio ma con tanta maestria un insieme di materie prime del territorio rendendo il palato luogo di esaltazione! Un grande dilemma mi accompagnerà nella scelta del piatto migliore tra lo spaghetto allo zafferano e la spigola alla maionese naturale. Il servizio seppur sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, è stato un po’ troppo rapido per essere una Spa del Gusto Complimenti vivissimi, avanti così ”

Also sometimes the sommelier for wine pairing missed the correct timing and we got the wine after finishing the dish it was supposed to accompany. My wife is vegetarian and her 10 course tasting menu was just as creative as mine - in fact some vegetarian courses were better. Plenty of local ingredients and wines. Wine pairing was interesting and just the right amount. Top tip - don't eat too much delicious bread! ”
